An Exciting Announcement

We're cracking open the Champagne at Anchoridge right now, as Armstrong Creek's newest residents have just taken one big step towards moving in.

Following our most recent construction update, we're happy to officially announce a milestone achievement: the very first settlements have occurred on lots within the estate. Stages 1, 2 and 3 have all recently been titled and are now in the process of settling!

We're celebrating alongside the residents of these settling stages as building can now commence. If you are one such resident, you may find this checklist to beginning the building process helpful. We look forward to seeing work begin on our residents' dream homes at Anchoridge very soon and watching as our community comes to life.
