The Anchoridge team is pleased to announce Stage 7 has achieved Statement of Compliance! This means Stage 7 lot owners should start preparing for settlement in the new year.

We are also excited to announce:

Construction of the Anchoridge Display Village on Buchanan Boulevard is progressing well.
The Fleming's team are making progress on the Anchoridge Central Park landscaping works.
Wetland planting continues. We anticipate a fully landscaped wetlands by March 2021.

The Anchoridge team are working hard behind the scenes to deliver on key infrastructure for the coming year. We look forward to building your new safehaven.
